Shipping
All items will be shipped UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking number from me when your order has shipped. I will do my very best to process your in stock item within 1-7 days not including in-transit time. I’m a one woman show and pack each item with care, so please be patient with me! If you need your item more urgently, please reach out and I will do my very best.
Shipping Issues
It is very rare, but obviously not completely unheard of, for a package to become lost. Please note that I am unable to refund you for any mis-delivered or stolen packages. If this is to happen (good grief) you must contact your local post office (or UPS depending on what’s on your tracking) and if they cannot locate your package, then you must file a claim with them. Please be sure that you are submitting a trusted address when you make your purchase in my shop, so that issues can be avoided.
I put a lot of care in packing my items to ensure a safe arrival. If somehow your item arrives damaged, please get in touch so that we can work it out.
Returns
Every PetitFelts piece is handmade with love, which means we can't accept returns for change of mind. (We're a one-person operation, and that's just not sustainable for a small maker like us). Please review photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Custom pieces are final sale since they're made especially for you.
