Fennel is a custom celadon glaze in a dusty, luminous green. Each piece varies as the glaze pools and settles, so no two are exactly alike.
Every piece is made from beginning to end in my small Kingston, NY studio. I sculpt the original, make the plaster molds by hand, mix my own glazes, slip cast each piece, and fire everything in-house. Each platter passes through my hands multiple times before it reaches yours, finished with the signature hand-pinched rim you'll recognize from across the PetitFelts collection.
